I found their staff to be well informed, extremely patient, eager to help and honest. Nicole was particularly awesome, Matt was informative and patient, and Jim and his crew of tree planters were very thorough and careful. The perennials I purchased were NOT root bound in the pots when I transplanted them (like some places), and are looking great in the garden, I will return again.
